I tried making my first Psi ball just 2 mins ago, and i was concentrating, and focusing on all the energy going through my palms and into the center of both *cupped* hands...After a min or so I pulled my cupped hands away and I could feel like a tightness while pullin them away and both my hands were like stuck in the position they were in when they were cupped together...I'm wonderin if this was a psi ball or just something really weird?

It's probably it. Or the joints get kinda "stuck" when you don't move your arms, hands, and fingers for awhile. XD move all three at once while you're doing that. If you still get the feeling, than congrats you made a psiball.
