Move it from point A to point B then back to A (assuming that A is your hand).

If that doesn't cut it for you, then stop doing psionics.

Well, I'm fucking tired of people being such idiots. Find your way out of the dark, I'm not here to help guide you like a child. Discover things your own way, it'll help you learn psionics a bit better and more effenciently.
