I've heard this in an article, or at least im sure of it, but i can't find where.

About the time someone is falling asleep, they may feel their legs "fall through the bed'. I've felt this once or twice too, and i actually liked it, does anyone know what causes this? How to make this happen?

You have to relax your body and concentrate your mind. It happens at the state of sleep called hypnagogia, where hallucinations take place. Its halfway between being awake and asleep. You just have to relax for long enough for your body to sleep and your mind stay awake. You will go through stuff like that and then probably have an LD from staying conscious for so long. Very Happy

This is acutally you astra/etheric body. Everynight, it leaves your body no matter what. Anyways, Jesserevis is right. To get this to happen again, you must relax your whole body and not move a bit. What you felt was the beginnings of an obe.

Good Job,
Brandon

Yes that does sound like the beginnings of an obe, if you work on what they said , you'll ld or obe eventually. Smile [/url]

I'm not sure if they aren't real. I wouldn't say they are real, but saying they aren't is equally as misunderstanding.

OBE's are real. there is evidence. i forget which book, i believe something published by robert monroe, i will look it up and then update my post.

they had 5 numbers written on a piece of paper high a top a 15 foot shelf inside of a room. they had somebody else laying down on a bed below, who never 'physically' saw the numbers(he was being observed). he then reported OBE'ing and was able to correctly recall all 5 numbers in order. this experiment has been duplicated.

sorry about not referencing anything, i will go find it.
