Ok I looked in the first few pages but couldnt find anything on it. I would like to learn how to lucid dream (did it once when I was little, it was awesome) What should I do to start? After practice do you have them every night? |

You didn't look very well...One of the new articles by Peebs is about it. MILD, WILD, and WBTB are all induction techniques. Look at the sticky.

I did a short trial run with MILD. It worked but then I switched to WILD+WBTB for more efficient results. I started earlier this year after thinking about a dream I had in middle school. I realized I was dreaming and I hovered around. Then I lifted a table with a feathers weight and thrashed stuff. I threw that and then started throwing people. I do some telepathy and wake up. |

I am a little confused about that article, can you break it down to simplist terms and tell me what I need to do to start lucid dreaming? |

The very first thing you need to do is to remember your dreams. There are two ways to do this that I know of, there are more I'm sure, but these work well for me:
1. When you wake up, lay still and try and recall everything you can about your dreams. Then record them in a dream journal. It can just be key events outline style or very detailed. 2. Tell yourself in your head, as you're falling asleep for about five minutes or until you fall asleep, that you will dream tonight, and that you will recall your dreams when you awaken. That's how I remember my dreams. I usually recall 2-5 dreams nightly now. |

If you read through the MILD technique:
http://www.psipog.net/show.php?cmd=wp&id=12 And still don't get it, try the WILD technique. If you read the sticky and noticed the reality checks technique, try that. If you still don't get it, you can try Don Juan's simple technique. Don Juan's Technique Before going to bed, set your willpower, your intent, whatever it is that makes you do what you do, on looking at your hands tonight in your dreams. Tell yourself that you will look at your hands in your dreams. That is all. If it works you will notice your hands melt away or that they are disfigured and realize you are dreaming. Not as fast as the other two probably, but It'll get you there. |
