Is there such thing as different levels of emmbeded energy in each person??

My reason is well when i try to spin the psi wheel it goes so slow around.
For exsample it's like i am on a fairswheel in the middle of 6 flags.
Has that happend to someone while trying??
pls let me know i am not the only one this has ever happend to.

i dont understand that but yea everyone have different levels of energy because some people have alot of energy because of their life type , army men do alot of practice and go there and here and run and so on so they have alot of energy as their body need to make them do that tasks .
some people can run 500 meter and some people cant untill they train so you only need to practice and train .

This happens to everybody. The reason that it doesnt seem that way, is because they practiced and can now spin it quickly!
