Ok my problem, i can spin the psiwheel and make it do a up and down motion when i hold my breath. But every time i try to not hold my breath i just dont get the concitration i want and need. I find when i hold my breath my concitration is 10 times stronger than when i dont This maybe lack of experiance becase i have only been doing this for 2 days, but only once in a while i can move it while breathing normaly.

P.S (I dont use my hands i tryed using my hands it makes it harder i start to focus on my hands insted of the psiwheel, so i do it only looking at and with my mind.)

wow, I have never heard of anything like this. As usual, you can practice meditation to get your concentration better and if you practice tk without holding your breath you will improve as you practice. Razz

i was first using only my mind to move the psi wheel then went to pratice with my hands but no result but after some practice i could use my hands but after some trains with my hands i could not move the object without my hands but now i can do tk with hand and mind or mind only , you only need pratice like everyone say , and dont expect alot or fast improvements , you only need to practice and be patient . good luck .

what i do is cover my nose and mouth with a shirt. So you can hold your breathe but breathe out and not affect the wheel
