Ok I have a question, what is so wrong about scanning someone? Do they get hurt? |

*sigh* It's basic manners, it's like reading someone's diary without permission. You're mind is supposed to be your only "safe" place but since people can scan, it's not so safe so we always ask for permission to scan someone's mind. |
