Cant Not Focus

leecopp Joined: 24 Jul 2006 Posts: 7	I am trying to do the (JUST DO IT) method, i think i understand how to do it. But i seem to have problems not focusing on the object in mind. For example when i look at the object i will look at it but not focus on it (if you know what i mean) and it will start to move but then i suddenly focus on it or on a part of the object and then it stops. Any one have any tips on how i could stop focusing on a part of the object when it starts to move. cheers

KingMario Joined: 27 May 2006 Posts: 91	I use to have the same problem. Actually the thing is when your looking at an object, lets say a blank piece of paper. Your mind is not sure where to concentrate because its just a blank piece of paper. So, try putting a point (like a black dot) or something on the object for you to conentrate on. This will help you focus better and you will get better results.
