Is there any alternative to the psi wheel? Something very easy that a beginner could do

If you are talking about a paper psi wheel then you could always try the tin foil psi wheel. The reason why alot of people start off with the psi wheel is becase it has almost no friction. If you were to try to slide or roll some thing you would encounter friction. That being said, here are some other things to try. Hang a straw of the side of the table and try to make it fall off. Float a toothpick on top of water in a bowl and try to make it move. hang a key on a rope hanging from the ceiling and try to make it move.

I believe one of Peebrain's artcles mentions a few...There's a key on a string(or just the string itself), the candle method aand of course the psi wheel. Wink


Also Magicdood is correct about the foil wheel being easier.

You can also take a piece or cork and let it float in a bowl of water. Try to push the cork in one direction or another. Since it's floating, there isn't much friction.

Edit: I just saw that magicdood recommended a method similar to this, except with a toothpick.

you can else hang paper on a rope hanging from the ceiling and try to make it move.

other thing better yourself in distance , increase the distance between you and that psi wheel or the thing that you are trainning on .
