You can do anything you set your mind to.

Just do it.

Disgusting quote I know Wink

Try starting with a very small psi-wheel...you will move it eventually.

yes, theres a pic on how to make one, but if you read closely, its relatively simple to make one without the pic.

1. get a small sheet of tin foil, paper, anything
2. Try to make it about 1.5x1.5 or 2.5x2.5 Size.
3. Fold Diagnoly both ways.
4. Unfold diagnol folds
5. Fold rectangle both ways
6. Now fold the opposite sides together.

(if you have trouble with the last step, just get a piece that balances on the pin your using, but be aware that air currents influence this alot easier.

I know how everyone says "concetrate on one corner" however, I find when I concentrate on the object as a whole it can be easier to spin.
My technique:

1. Put hand cuffed on one side, pretty close, but not touching, of the psi-wheel.

2. Point any of your fingers at anything on the psi wheel (really close) and move it around, don't cause air currents, just feel the heat from the object.

3. When you can feel the heat/tingling on your finger/hand, move it, visualize it spinning, and when it finally does, don't get excited, or you will fail, keep it going.

Yes, I want you to move it, not with your finger, but with your mind...the finger being close to it just helps me visualize energy coming out of my finger (and feel it.)

People expect to do stuff on their first time for some reason...just practice and keep a positive attitude and you'll have it moving. Razz

Heh, alot of the time people think the "Just do it" method is really stupid, sometimes people don't get it. Think about how you move your arm, you move it yes with all the muscles, but how do YOU do it? keep questioning yourself and you will find yourself awnsering "I just do it".

Hold up, let me destroy your saving catalyst real quick.
Your arm has nerves that talk to your brain.
Paper doesn't.
