Since the other thread isn't being replied to I am posting in my own thread.

When I make a psi ball when I psuh my hands together they get pushed apart and get a little warm is this a psi ball?

Ya that sounds like one especially if they are getting pushed apart. But the heat (unless it's out of your hands) can be accomplished before psiballs.
