Hey,
I have been practicing the psi wheel for a while now and have succesfully made it move. (not spin) The problem is that it will either "jump" foward and then swing back or go 1 full rotation and then just completly stop even though I keep the same leval of focus. Also, yes i did cover my breath and I watch the psi wheel for about 5 mintues before practicing pk to make sure it wouldnt move. It didnt. so I guess my question is, is there any other tips to keep the psi wheel spinnning and not jumping? Thanks Brandon |

I hate to say it, but it seems not only the most obvious answer, but also the one that apparently works the best:
Keep practicing. Also, next time you try it, pay careful attention to how your mind (and symbolic 'heart') feels when it moves, compared to when it doesn't. Observe not only the psiwheel, but yourself as well. Anyway, good luck. |

Thanks for the help. I knew inevitably that an answer would be to pracitce. But, I was wondering if anyone could give me another answer that would help clear it up and you did! Thanks again Brandon |
