Anyone ever try to go lucid and then just end up falling asleep without it happening? Happened to me lol...I guess I'm just too tired lol... |

All it takes is practice..
What i usually do is, fall asleep for a couple of hours, wake up, then trance, and enter a lucid dream. I do it almost everyday, and have the most interesting dreams. If you slep before you wake up and go lucid, then you wont fall asleep, normally. -Maxus |

but i thought to go lucid you need to fall asleep lol...yeah i get what you're saying maxus |

Lucid Dreams are just day dreams with a different name, and you dont fall asleep while day dreaming. ALso, Lucid Dreams are just dreams where you have control of what happens, its just an altered state of consciousness, like a trance.
So no, you dont have to fall asleep to be able to Lucid Dream, its like sleeping though. ![]() |
