Let's suppose I'll make a psi ball right now. I visualize myself drawing energy and sending it into my hands, and then into the ball. Ok, but do I have to feel the energy or just visualize it? I mean, do I have to do it until I feel 'something' ? Rolling Eyes

Because everytime I read articles and topics about psiballs I see 'visualize', 'visualize', 'visualize'. Do you feel your visualization? If you visualize energy flowing through your body will you feel it? And, is this 'feeling' necessary?

I would say its necessary, how else would you feel the energy, if you didnt feel it. Visualisation is a large part of Psi Balls, but is not all of it. Feeling the energy really makes the Psi Ball.

If you are moving it, you will feel it Wink. There are two types of "feelings" though... Assuming you are moving psi around your body you will get a FEELING of the psi moving around the body, however, not a physical sensation. (It is interpreted as a physical sensation, but that is not the sources).

If you move psi IN The body you will feel it interacting with your nerves and creating sensations.
