Hello guys, I'm sorry if I'm asking a question that has already been answered. I spent a week going over these forums before I registered or posted anything. I tried to find my answer alone, but I need your help. I believe that I can form Psi Balls, but I really am looking for some sort of verification. How can I learn to 'scan'? And, is 'scanning' the way that experianced psions see or sense their constructs? Again, sorry for the newbie question. Thanks for any help.

Atrayu: If you have a thermometer you could try and program a psiball to warm up (those old ones with mercury in them would probably fit well enough). Another way is to ask a friend to see if they feel anything between your hands (or whever you placed the psiball).

Scanning is generally considered an application of Telepathy, however it is not too uncommon to learn how to "scan" for energy. It is relatively easy and require that you "put some effort" into attempting to feel a given location. It's like extending your ability to grasp psi and move it around you. Except you are not moving it.

Thanks for the advice SheepKing. I'll try to find an oldschool thermometer. Also a friend of mine is learning Psionics too, I can ask him-I'm going to try to find more information on scanning---I'll head to the telepathy section, thanks again.
