I heard something about eating those super hot chilis that make you cry/have a runny nose... But, I think Johnny is right about this one guys... The pressure you normally get on the forehead/nose is not Psionic or Psychokinetic |

well, as i said again and again it's not my sinus.. coz if it is, the pressure should be there every second, minute, hour, day, month or year.. and thank the heavens above full of birds and clouds and pollution that it's not... it only surfaces when i do pk... and i can still breathe with my nose even if this pressure is there.. so it's not the sinus.. hmmm, i think i've said that so many times that i can no longer understand what it means.. it's not the sinus... it's not the sinus.. |

Well you dont hafta tell the doctor that it only occurs when "you try and move objects with your mind" or anything like that. Just describe the feeling maybe and if he asks when it happens, just say like every now and then it just comes up or something.

If you focus too hard or feel like you are trying to "Push" an object you MIGHT feel a pressure surface in your head/nose area... It's NOT psi. It's merely a pressure that is caused by tension in your muscles. Yes, the muscles in your head/face. RELAX and don't focus on your body, only the object in question.
