I was just wondering if anyone thinks its possible to sheild yourself and heat or cool yourself by making a hot or cool sheild and the reasons why you think whatever you picked.

I am not really sure, but this other guy claims he did it on another topic. By the way you spelt shields wrong.

Ok. Let us look at it this way: Constructs can be hot or cold. Shields are big constructs, yes? Thus... shields can be hot or cold. How well this could work is debatable, but it is likely that it is possible.
Simple, yeah?

Sorry about the spelling. If you were cold or something use it to heat you up (if you had no fire in the wilderness or whatever) and keep your body temperature at a norm, thats what I mean by heating/cooling yourself.

I voted no.

From what you say Gambient. I think that to be able to do that. If one wants to make a shield to help him fight off the cold, one must be able to think the exact feeling of being wram and crystallize that feeling to make the shield. And the same thing works the other way around. I really think that's hard to do. But I do believe that it is possible.

I say yes, that is very possible. Just make your shield something like trap heat or block heat or something....

hmm that WOULD be useful in the summer.....
