Hello all,
I was trying the hypnotic soundtrack by Dick Sutphen, provided over in the psychokinetics section. Having never been one for regular meditation, it was an unusual state for me to be in... very relaaaaaxing and deeeeep deeeeep dooooown.... Lol. Anyway, the reason I am posting in this forum is because part-way through the latter half of the meditation/hypnosis, my hands started to feel very strange. I'll grant that they were probably a little numb from being held in the mudra position for so long, but it wasn't just a regular numbness. More like, if I let my mind take me there, I could feel my fingers moving apart from the position they were actually in. This happened a little bit in my face as well, although to a lesser degree. Now my question: having never had an OBE and having nothing to compare to, does this sound to you guys like I could have been heading into that sort of state, or was I really just going numb? |

I've heard of people having obes while sitting but don't know anyone who can. I wouldn't be suprised if thats what it was, or at least the start of one. |
