Alright I started tk again (have never succeded) and I got this feeling. It felt like,f if I could just imagine it, if I could clearly see the psiwheel moving in my mind and if I could wrap my mind around the possibility that the psiwheel would move. What does this mean and is there any advice on how to act on this feeling?

It seems like you are confident on the outside, but may be a bit skeptical deep inside. It also seems like your Sub-c is giving you the same old...increadably confusing, yet wise advice "Just do it". See it move in your mind and just move it, but as your Sub-C is telling you this...it is also Skeptical, which isn't neccesarily keeping you from seeing it move in your mind, but is keeping it from moving because you have deep feelings it can't be done.

What you can do to convince your Sub-c it can be done, is make the situation easier.

A couple of things you can do if you are having trouble.

You could make the Psiwheel out of Aluminum Foil, which reduces the amount of friction
Less friction = Easier to spin.

But that means it is easier to get false results from, say...air currents from your AC, or you breathing on it. I would get something to cover your mouth with, like a bandana, and turn off all Fans, Air Conditioning, etc etc.

Also, a suggestion for how to place your hands.
Have one hand cupped on the side of the Psiwheel, then have your fingers on the other hand point to a corner on the opposite side as the cupped hand.
This is a pretty standard way of placing your hands.

Lastly, check out the Vids in the Media section!
They show it can be done! They are quite inspiring I think. Check out the one of Peebrain spinning the Psiwheel, I like it. It will show what I mean about the hand placement. Also the one of Float moving the toothpick is totally awesome!

Ok, this is turning into a novel...lol

Remember...Just do it! lol.
