Hey guys, im new to the forums and I had a question and I dont know where else to ask.
When I try making a psi ball are my hands supposed to be touching, or should I have them seperated a little, or does it not matter? Also my hands start to shake and it always makes me lose concentration cuz im not sure if its alright to have them shaking...should I just ignor it and continue or start over? Thanks! |

The position of your hands really doesn't matter, as long as it's comfortable.
They can be touching, or not touching. About the shaking: Are you tensing your muscles? You shouldn't be |

Well basically what happens is, I cant really feel the enrgy go through my arms, it stays in my stomach area, but as I hold it there I can feel my body kind of like zoning out, its hard to explain, but my hands dont shake like really bad, its more like twitches that kind of throw me off. |

It's not uncommon to have "random twitches" when moving Psi, especially when moving it throuhg your body...
Generally, I think, you will feel psi the most in your stomach/chest, then when you get to your arms you will feel it, but not so much, and then ALOT more when you get to the hands. Just like physical matter, when it touches your body it has to interact with the nerves for you to FEEL it. So the more nerves in a location, the more you will feel it, thus why you may not be feeling it in your arms so much. I hope this helps. |

It has, thanks bro, im gonna keep working at it, try and be able to relax my mind better, I havnt been doin this for very long, and to be honest I am a little skeptic about some of it, mainly the bigger things like TK, ive never seen it done unless it was on TV and you know it can easily be faked and such, I want to belive very badly, but its hard for me to really belive. |
