you didn't try phasing your whole body did you, or running into the wall? Start with something simple like a hand or finger and do it nice and easy...

Ya the Enquirer......? ....I don't think you realize that even though it SEEMS like we have freedom of speech in this country....the media is definitely selective. They don't tell us everything we need to know. It's censored.

Hey, if your a newbie at trying out phasing then try watching film like x men 3... I know it sounds lame but I read somewhere that maybe it doesn't hurt you if you think that it won't. But if you expect it to hurt it will be like waking up in a dream that you feel your still in and it hurts if you know what I mean. It doesn't hurt mean otherwise I'd wake up SCREAMING in absolute pain.

It's censored on the basis of what would be the most interesting stories. I highly doubt there are editors in major newspapers looking for any mentioning of psychic powers.

Well, its boring to see nobody does Phasing anymore, i lost my talent in Phasing after the tip of my left index finger got stuck because i was trying something out (whether losing concentration while Phasing will result in loss of digits) Thankfully i regained concentration and pulled my finger out, it still stings though Confused . Its a shame to see that the Phasing threads and practice have gone down the drain, maybe everybody got bored of trying.

As i read rainsongs example, i noticed something. In the second update they mentioned something about lowering your field as thin as possible. Now, myself, i have never done it, but from my reading, i have a possible theory. In the example that rainsong gave for spreading yourself thin, i could see why this would hurt. Could it be that spreading youself thin would hurt because you are not phasing through the object, but rather, phasing the object **through** yourself? In the other examples, was the person spreading the field of the object that they want to go through thin, and the phasing themself through the object? I could see two COMPLETELY different expieriences this way. Having something literrally go through you would most likely hurt like hell... but if **you** went through the object, that it would just feel like a pressure? This is just my thought on that, but i think that it is a good solution myself... i am planning on trying phasing. I will keep you updated on my expierience.
