Well, I just made my psi wheele spin for the first time! (first day) And I knew it was real because i was about 5 feet away and before it moved it was completely still. Anyways, after it moved. I suddenly felt extremely tired, like I hadn't slept in days. Does this waste your energy? Because I can barely stay awake as I type this.

Yes, when beginning, abilities are very taxing on your physical energy. If you get a headache or feel very tired, stop immediately.

That's how it is for me. I'm still new and sometimes if push too hard for too long I get minor headaches and I get extremely hungry.

Thanks, lol. I don't know if this is normal either. But it only moved when I use my right arm, but when I use it. My hand get's very very stiff. Normal? And also, after i practice a lot, will I stop feeling so tired? |

For me it was pretty much my mind figuring out what the hell to do and wasting tons of energy in all kinds of ways. Headaches, tiredness, muscle spasms, you name it. I found I barely require any energy when it "flows" the right way, in fact I doubt you need to put energy in anything else than intent if you do it right. A lot of people won?t agree, just how it seems to me.

OMg, Well. I figured I would practice TK today after being tired from yesterday. I was staring at a toothpick for about 20 minutes, when I suddenly feel tired. I lay down and give it a rest. Then I fell asleep. For almost 2 hours! When will this feeling go away?? I always feel tired after atempting tk

Maybe when you succeed suddenly you'll be wired for the rest of the day! |

I can see the exploit of psionics for personal gain, unfortunately, in the future. |

I don't know about this. Maybe the energy is consumed to compensate for the different brain waves generated. But I think it's about the alteration of your brain waves that affects the electromagnetic energy around the objects. If this makes sense to you... |
