Okay I'm curious as to what people are training on and how it is setup
What: Psi wheel Items: Pin, piece of paper with point, popper (it's one of those little things u bend inside out and it pops and jumps up), tape Setup: Pin pushed through hold on top of popper. A piece of tape covers the hole so the pin is straight paper thing on top of that. This is what you get when you have no supplies xD I'll post pics l8r |

What: Toothpick
Items: Toothpick, glass and water Setup: The glass is filled with water and the toothpick is floating ------------------------- What: Pendulum Items: String, key and nut Setup: I have 3 different setups. The first is a String attached to the ceiling, the second is the same but with a nut attached to the string and the third is a key attached to the string. |

Equipment: Bouncy Ball
Set Up: Put the frickin' ball on the table! Procedure: MOVE IT! Moving any ball-type object is simple because they are light, simple, and the shape is (I find) quite calming for the mind. It is the second thing I have attempted. I still work with my Psi Wheel but this is my main training activity. |

Item: whatever I feel like moving, but usually, paper ball or a glow stick.
Not much setup, just lay it there and see where it leads me from there. Try to slide it faster then normal, but my mind wants to levitate it even though, I never levitated anything. |

PSI wheel, made out of a model with a lance lying on its back, and a CD slip folded into the psiwheel shape perched on top. |

What: Doors
Items: Both doors from my small office at home and my bedroom, made of wooden. A strong wind can move them, small wind doesn't. Both are on the bottom of the house, no wind down there. Setup: Usually, I position myself in the inside of the room, pushing or pulling the door trying to open/close them. Most of the time I open a bit, then close a bit, but still can do just one thing right |

Thats before Set Up http://img117.imageshack.us/img117/5273/image314nv.png And after Set Up. Its much easier to roll a pencil thats already on a slope instead of trying to roll it across a flat desk, as you begin to roll it on the slope, you can decrease the height of it using the hair-comb and its position under the Dvd, until youre rolling on a flat surface, this Set Up is just a trainer for bigger things. |
