It's as if i am still myself and fully concious but i am observing myself like Damian is another person and as if im his protector or something. and sometimes when doing i get the feeling as if im drifting away from the physical world and i get scared because i want to be in my physical body. i never actually thought of it before but if i procede with this and make it stronger can this lead to an OBE?
