I want to know how long it took you people to first be able to spin the pinwheel. Also, I want to know how long you practised per day. I know that everyone learns it at different rates, but I just wanted to know how well all of you managed to learn.

i did it on the second day of trying, the first day i did it for 40 mins. and the second day i went for like 5 hours until it moved for the first time. and i did ti at almost midnight so i think it works ebtter when youre tired.

the 3 years were off and on, i didnt practice much, only had a few minor successes.

well i have good control of the psiwheel and i can move a straw and pop can sometimes but its difficult. i started on june 1st.

As crazy as it seems, I never spinned the pin-wheel.....I just started to slide objects.

And you find it easier to slide objects than to spin the pinwheel? What method did you use?

When I started, I used a method that I called "pushing" method, basically, recreate the feeling of pushing and direct it at the object.

Now I slightly use the "just do it" method.

I see, and do you make a psi ball around the object or anywhere else? And how big/much time do you make it?
