After i read it through, some of it is worth while, but nothing you havnt seen before, some of the techs for moving different things are exactly the same, like techs for moving a pencil are exactly the same as moving a chair, or yourself (levitation), i have yet to try everything in this file, i will do some stuff over the weekend.

I was under the impression you had already downloaded it, click the first download button after you click on the link, then it should take you to another page, where there is another download button, click on that, then it should download onto your computer, then try opening the file with notepad or any other word editing program on your pc. Although if you do not open it with wordpad, the font colours and code come up, so you would have to 'weed' out the words from it.

thats from wingmakers...its soooo dumb..it says you have to be pure of heart to do tk...it said you cant do it just to be cool or to impress your frinds with it...but thats one of the reasons why i at first started practicing it...and i got results too...so i dont trust anything they say...

This thing says meditation is a requirement. I'm sorry but Wingmakers has some good points but sounds almost like a cult. PK may be real but Wingmakers is BS.
