sparkz Joined: 02 Feb 2006 Posts: 664	i think what fov_ness was trying to say is that it's most probably brought on by excitement about the possability of achieving an OBE. i used to get those kind of twitches when i started too. it's something you have to overlook, realy. in my opinion, it's kind of your body's way to tell you you're not being passive enough. just keep practicing and learn to deal with the feeling and eventually it'll go away.
