I think I have found the release point for my energy: the base of my thumb. After I have finished a session, my hand aches in that exact spot but when I go to rub it, just like when I get writer's cramp, I can't do anything about it! Any damage done by Psi is usually temporary and, as far as I know, incurable by physical means. Does anyone have a similar problem/feeling?

hmmphm... well i have dots that show up on my hands like accupuncture marks. they are very geometrical in their placing.

if you want to do something cool/fun/dumb place a conductor material in between your hands. a can works good, use whatever you want . and try to channel energy through one end through the other to your other hand. you will see a pattern develop on your hands resembling the object
