what is your "view" when visualizing something? 1st person or do you view your whole body from a different view? or do you perhaps visualize something completly different?.
this is my first day but i prefer 1st person... then again, only thing i've tried is making a psi ball ![]() please share your toughts on this ![]() |

well.. first person is cool for now, but if you want to advance you need to focus on spherical vision instead of the normal 270 degrees use 360 vision | ||

Um. Actually, since visualization itself has no action, whatever visualization works best to communicate the action to the individual is just fine. Keep in mind - the same visualization techniques that help golfers and archers are what is working for us here. |
