what is your "view" when visualizing something? 1st person or do you view your whole body from a different view? or do you perhaps visualize something completly different?.

this is my first day but i prefer 1st person... then again, only thing i've tried is making a psi ball Embarassed.

please share your toughts on this Smile..

well.. first person is cool for now, but if you want to advance you need to focus on spherical vision instead of the normal 270 degrees use 360 vision

Um. Actually, since visualization itself has no action, whatever visualization works best to communicate the action to the individual is just fine. Keep in mind - the same visualization techniques that help golfers and archers are what is working for us here.
