Hello all,
Another spoon/fork bending question ...
I came very close to succeeding bending some silverware. I felt the energy travel through my arms and hands, and it got really warm (the space around my hands), but the fork never went soft.
It's a different kind (or perhaps amount? concentration?) of energy that I've felt before. It used to be just a lukewarm, slightly tingly sensation. A bit of a "buzz" when I used (relatively) a lot of it. Last night it was more of a (way overstatement) cackling feeling, like the Emperor in "Star Wars" etc. It was sharp, hot, and it seemed much stronger. (Like I said, nowhere near that strong, just to compare sensations).
I could somewhat channel it, but apparently not into the fork, or my intent isn't clear, or something.
Any advice?

Practice, visualisation and the 'feel' for it.

Practice: Kinda speaks for itself.

Visualisation: Have you tried visualising coloured energy coming from your hands, maybe a red (whatever colour you associate with warm) liquid pouring from your hands into your fork/spoon, and then the fork turning that colour.

The 'feel' for it: Also, have you tried to 'become one' with the fork/spoon, this method helps me do absolutely anything in psionics.

Sounds like the energy is just hangin with your hand and not going into the fork. Thats what it was posted as right?

Well, do something to release it. Scream(and i mean scream) "bend," distract yourself, play loud music, watch somthing to make you laugh alot. When you succesfully get it to go soft try to remember what if felt like to release the energy so you can learn to mimic it.
