JUST DO IT!!!! just do it just do it JUST DO IT!!! this is sickening after a while. You say just let the energy flow and not think anything? WELL!! I FIND THAT HARD!!! Just see the energy flow over around inside and outside the psiwheel and not see it moving around the psiwheel is not helping. I want a detailed article on the process of preparation for the JUST DO IT method and other various methods so please do this anyone or noone and stop saying JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!

woah woah calm down dude. dont get frustrated it can take 30 sec or it can take months to master. personally i have been practicing for about a month and im not really near mastering it. but see when we say dont think about anything you do just that. if thats hard (which it was for me) just take about 10-15 min to meditate before you try it. when you are meditating just clear your mind of everything except the objective to keep things out of your head. and trying to visualize it doesnt work for a lot of ppl. it doesnt work for me if i try to visualize my energy pushing it i get distracted. so sometimes just try to stare at it and let your conciousness fade into the back of your mind. hope this helps!

I'm still mastering the wheel to be honest and not many people on here have fully mastered it yet. But I'm now moving onto other objects because I got bored of it. I should be ready.

true, but not like this, your clearly kidding or clearly disagreeing. THis is strange annoyingness, especially after saying NI's articles are not detailed.

Thats just wierd, he has probably the best written articles about PK.

Well how else are you going to describe JUST DO IT, you..........just do it, thats all there is to it, keep your mind clear, and move the god damn object.
