is it possible to expand to where you have increased peripheral vision?

It's possible to make constructs that inhance your ESP, but I dunno about peripheral vision having anything to do with energy. Peripheral vision has to do with the eye's positioning on the skull.

If you want increased peripheral vision, try lowering your brainwaves to alpha, light/med trance level with your eyes open, take walks outside whilst keeping focus on a single point in space, and use your peripheral vision to guide you, takes practice but it can be done, personally switching to peripheral vision is the first steps towards a deeper trance. For example I would switch to peripheral view and then expand my tactical awareness quickly switching from beta to Alpha.
