ugh i have been practicing w/my psi wheel for about a month i used to get it moving pretty fast. now im lucky if i can get it to move at all. its like it goes on and off from day to day. one day i can move it. the next i cant. advice plz im getting incredibly frustrated.

My advice: don't overdo it. Instead, try figuring out when are you most comfortable with doing it, and try to figure out what kind of feelings are you experiencing while practicing. If there is no tension, no fear and some self-confidence, you will most likely succeed. What you described was happening to me too my first few months of practice, and after a while I fugired out you just have to have the right feeling then it comes naturally ... get rid of unhealthy feelings, that's what's holding you back. Your feelings vary from day to day and so does your ability to control them so your PK practice is different from day to day. But don't worry once you reach a certain state you will be able to recall the same feeling every day every time.

When you lose passion you lose everything.

if you really must think of your frustration as psi and i bet it should work.... works for me if i really have to do something
