Ok, I've only been trying PK for about a week, an I find it pretty easy to spin the psi-wheel. Not only foil one's but also paper ones measuring up to 14cm squared.

Whenever I'm spinning the psi-wheel, I don't feel very much, just my concentration. Is this normal?

I'm not "fluent" or anything but I'd prefer to move onto harder/more exciting things.

Any tips?

14 cm^2 as in like maybe a 3.5x4? well i'd say first put a glass over it to make sure you can get over the mental block (and to make sure its 100% TK), then try a bigger pinwheel (maybe 5x5, then a 6x6), until you get comfortable enough to try rolling a pencil. round pencils are easier, because, well, they're round.

Concentrate. Can spin foil, paper, and i tried a plastic one which just wobbled a bit.

I made a plastic one by folding a piece of see-through bendy-ish plastic, not sure what it's called.
