I found that the more you use your hands, the more reliant you are on them, basically, the more you use your hands and get a result, the more you think you have to use your hands otherwise it wont work, so thats what im practicing at the moment, because if i dont use my hands, then i can do it from just about any distance away.

yes but your hands have energy centers just as well as your body
nothing wrong with using both

But that means you have to be close to the object to move it, if you dont use your hands, you can be any distance (within reason) away from it.

i can also find a flaw in that statement as well

you can be across the room and still use your hands to point or what not
maybe you can use hands for that "effect"
i think the fault is if you *think* the power comes from your hands
there are excersizzes you can do to train your third eye to open

I suppose, but what if you wanted to do it descretely, as i do most of the time, i mean strictly no hands at all, just mind.

I shall try the paper indeed, im still workin on doing it under a glass bowl though, i got it to wobble, but im just working on no hands, looking the other way, using paper not foil, and spinning it under the bowl at the moment.

Exact same way I do it. You do NOT need to use hands, I actually found them a mental crutch later on. Now when I try to use my hands it doesn't work XD
Do you get the pressure thing in the forehead?

just like a glass bowl does absolutely nothing (just sounds cool) except verify that it is, in fact, telekinesis, that is indeed moving the object underneath said glass bowl. Hands also have a "cool" factor involved. look at any movie, is it not more impressive that they use extreme gestures while moving something with their mind? or something happens to their body or something or you can tell its them. Point is, hands have a cool factor, glass bowl just verifies and gives a little bit of cool points, and its all the same damn thing.
