This probably already been tried, but I thought of it a while back. The point is I find that with most nightmares, I realise that I'm dreaming. For example: (This is before I knew about Lucid Dreaming) I walk outside my house and I hear a car driving down the hill at an insane speed, coming my way. "Oh no, not again!" And I get ploughed along the road. This is a common dream sign for me. Quite unfortunate I must add. But, my plan, is this. I hear the car, and instead of saying "Oh no, not again!" I say, "Hey, I'm dreaming! SWEET!" And then I use my 'Lucid Powers' to destroy the car, and turn the dream into possibly, an action-packed fight scene! So, I'm literally trying to have bad dreams again! I'm trying to re-program my dreamcatcher some how, and I'm drinking lots of milk before bed. (Milk gives me hyperactive dreams, which almost always seem to be bad dreams.) But alas, I haven't had a bad dream in ages. Is it because I want them too much? |
