How long do you practice Psionics a day?... For me i would day 30-60 minutes a day

used to be a over a hour a day, in different segments of each day.

but not anymore, I practice up to 0-15 minutes a day now....I've gone far behind, I think I'm losing my PK abilities.....

Everywhere anytime when I have nothing to do.
I think more than 2 hours in total spread over the day.

2 hours a day, but if i want to overcome something (like bending that fucking 6mm thick steel spoon Mad ), i have to practice an extra hour or so. So basically, 2-3 hours, depending on my goals.
