I don't see why not. It might only affect the growing part though, since the stuff you know as hair is already dead.

I'm sure if they tried hard enough. They're albino because their body can't manufacture melanin.

1.) Japanese literature has more instances and more texts on changing eye color than american.

2.) The pheonomina of eye color changing has been common in MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) patience. Who change eye color like they change personalities.

3.) I don't know what chaning your eye color can do, but it's been hinted that it has some sort of effect. I'll do some research on the subject.

(Google and Wikipedia to the rescue! =P)

Here's some information on how eye color works:

Info about iris (eye) color on Wikipedia - scroll down for the 'color' section

"It is a common misconception that the iris color is entirely due to its melanin pigment; this varies only from brown to black."

And I found this article's explanation for different eye colors to be a lot easier to understand. Razz

I'm going for a color very similar to this green: http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y240/nuclearrabbit/RGG/Memories.jpg and I've been at it about 3 or 4 days is it now? Anyway, I've noticed my eyes starting to turn green in the middle. Keeping it up, and hopefully they'll go ^^

my eyes used to be near black, you could barley tell the diffrence between the iris and the puple.

now for some reason they are just a really dark brown.

My eyes change normally too. Usually they're either a light green or a hazel-ish color. But currently my eye color is close to this picture. I don't want to change my eye color right now because I love my green eyes, and this shade rocks.... P.S. where's all the pictures you guys were promising???? Evil or Very Mad

Can you use this techique to give yourself slit pupils? I have wanted slit pupils since I saw my first snake. Very Happy And I really, really like them! For me I have green eyes so I think it would look perfect! No wait...so change my eyes to a golden yellow color, then slits, perfect! Very Happy I'm starting right away!
P.S. I also want a lizard tail. One word, SWEET. TOTAL PWNAGE. THE GOD OF AWESOMENESS. LIZARD TAILS RULE. W00T!!!!

i'm sure you could have slit pupils. it might take a little improvising on this technique and you should know that your not going to be changing your pupil but manipulating your iris. your pupil extends all the way to the edge of your iris so to get the "slit" look you need to change the iris.

Happy changing!
