Now, i am not trying to start an arguement about politics. I just want to see the percentage of republicans vs. democrats vs. independents. Please take this poll seriously. If you think it is cool/funny to say you are from a different party, dont post it. anyway, do not start a discussion on politics or your posts will be subject to deletion.

I took a test, said I was democrat.

I don't put myself in a political group anymore, I just go with the flow and do what I think is right.

Same as Neveza, but i line up pretty well with democrats. But i cant stand politics. So annoying. So hypocritical and dishonest. All for power and money. From all sides. what ever

I'm a Republican, but not in the way most people think. I'm an idealist but a realist first. I've seen countless times when left-wing parties have said "save the environment! increase teachers wages! better healthcare!" which I can't say are bad thing, and they have indeed acted on those words. Problem is they can't dig up any other ways to gain even a sliver of that money back except by raising taxes. The end result: a waste of money and resources (the same ones they're attempting to save), marginal environmental improvements at a huge cost to the economy, greater unemployment, more taxes paid for benefits we don't see, a huge deficit for the next party that comes in to fix.

So while I agree with the ideals of Democrats on many issues, I'm not willing to vote for the premature implementation of ideals which will tear apart the economy as well as millions of people's lives.
