I've been practicing telekinesis a lot, and I've gotten good enough that I can move my psiwheel after a minute or two just about every time I try. I can't do it with enough force to spin it yet but i can influence its movement - that is, make it turn a bit, at which point it'll come to a tough point and I can see it trying to get through it like a car trying to get over a snowy bump.

I've taken every precaution to ensure that there is no wind - My door and window are shut, there are no vents in my room, I'm as still as possible and I breathe through my shirt. When I take the ultimate measure, which is of course putting a glass over the psiwheel, my success drops to zero. I've had absolutely none.

I'm 90% sure I'm actually moving the psiwheel. If I watch it from across the room it doesn't move one bit, and when I'm in front of it trying to move it without breathing on it or moving, it moves.

I was wondering if telekinesis is more difficult through glass. Perhaps the energy turns into a physical force before it gets inside the glass? Any advice or words of wisdom from someone with experience in this area would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how I didn't notice the stickypost. Thanks for directing me to it, already I feel more confident. Maybe now I'll be able to do it.

I can get the psiwheel to spin quite well, until I put it under glass. Even though I still feel the same connection/as confident, it just will not move even a minute amount.

Make the matchstick/needle in a jar thingy out of a two liter plastic bottle.
That's what I did and it works quite easily.
