Ok So I want to practice my PK. But I'm kinda lazy so I slack off alot.

However, I can't STAND the psi-wheel. I find it too hard to focus on. So, I put a toothpick on my desk and then put a cup over it. I focus on and and visualize it moving. But it begins to shake, shake shake and then it starts shaking violently, as if it WANTS to move or roll. But it won't. Any tips?

It's not just shaking. It shakes violently. How can I get it to move?

Try rolling an object, like a soda can. Sliding is more difficult because of higher friction.

Alright. I'll try rolling a coke can. I'll have to wait until I get one though, since I'm on Vacation in Florida. ^^ I've been trying to practice my Telekinesis by moving floating seaweed in the Ocean and etc.

That is not a very good idea. You wont know if you are moving it or if the current is (and most likely the current is because it is a much stronger force)

I never thought of using a lava lamp, since the only thing that could affect it is the constant heat source.

Maybe if you turn it off you could do it.

It would be hard as hell to use pyrokinsis to melt such a large mass of wax...

I used to get that violent shaking. Most of the time it is eye and mind tricks. I wont argue but, months of this you'd know it was just tricks. Even if I stare at it for 2 seconds I can get it... It's still mind tricks.

Though, someone came to me with an interesting theory that helped me. He said that the shaking was you manipulating time and space around the object. That's why it looks like it's moving but, it isn't. I used this and figured if I could move time around it, I could move the pen itself. I did successfully, but that not however, mean it wasn't just mind tricks. Which it was. It was just explained to me in a way that made sense and I in turn tricked my sub-c.
