wow, very noobish question....ok...get a psiball and make it float up infront of your head....now see if you can still feel it...now move it auround your body and try to be able to feel it as it moves....after a while of doing this you will become very sensitive to energy and you will be able to sense it....thats just how i did it....for more info go here:

The key word to anything in psionics: practice. Yes, that's right, practice. That article that pyro gave is quite good. All you need to do is practice anything that requires sensitivity over and over, on a regular basis. You'll eventually get it. I'm continually working on my sensitivity, hehe. |

In a way it makes me think, if we became so sensitive to it, we might be overwhelmed by the ability to gather alot of energy. Than again i'm starting to get that.. when I start gathering energy my heart starts to race, my adrenaline starts to go up. I'm trying to relax as much as I can but.. bleh. It becomes a little unstable too, my fingers start to twitch alot, extremely tingly and magnetic like XD blah blah blah, rant. |

Lucidess that shouldnt be happening, zacziggie read Mazrim's sensitive manual it helps tremendously. Creating a psiball and using tactical senses will help to reach some level of sensitivity. It really isnt you start applying trances and such that you really increase your sensitivity to energies. |
