attempting OBE but... on Sat Jun 24, 2006 5:16 am | |

I've been practicing having an OBE for about two weeks now. I've actually had some success but recently I've been hitting a road block. For some reason, my body will eventually feel as if its not there. Its hard to explain, but it just feels like I no longer have a body, and I will involuntarily move to snap myself out of it. I try to ignore the feeling, and remain passive, but my body seems to move on its own, as if I have no control. Has anyone experience this? Does anyone have any advice on how to get passed it? |

Let your body do what it wants, there are two key words you should follow in OBEing they are Passive and Receptive, acknoledge that your body is moving then foget it. Or you could make it into a trigger to go deeper. It will go away in time.
Your whole body goes numb and your not aware of it, this is a big signpost for you keep at it. ![]() |
