Hey everyone, Ive been trying to remote view for a few days now,
Tell me if im doing anything wrong.

Ok i sit down get comfortable and i relax and get in a meditive like state,
Then i say the coordinates in my mind like 01192 and i say show me the image connected with 01192 and i sit there and i normally will get little spurts of my own memory popping up but i always get it wrong when i try to do it, I know im not seeing anything, what am i doing wrong?

Can anyone help?

You're trying to see things. Don't.

This is why RV uses a structured protocol. As Smith quotes another viewer in the CRV manual, "content be damned. Structure!"

Just closing your eyes and repeating the coordinates alone won't do very much. Also, are you setting your own targets? That's a no-no.

i use the 'just do it' method, with coordinates (yes i know the just do it method is for Telekinesis, but it works for me on remote viewing), i dont sit down, or get comfortable, or say anything to my mind, i just try 'search' and an image pops up in normally a few seconds, whts wierd is that im almost always right.

Yeah, definatly have someone else set your targets. There's even places online to remote view, if you don't have a partner to do so, like gotpsi.

Remember, when you "see" things, it might seem like imagination. It's all in your minds eye. Don't expect to actually "see" whatever you're remote viewing. Most psychic related input comes in through the minds eye, IME.

When you're reporting, write down what you think you feel, any images, shapes, and so on (that appear in your minds eye). You might "just know" a small peice information, or you might just "see" some moving lines that pop in your head. However, try and refrain from using nouns - use adjectives to describe what's going on. That way you'll be less pron to AOL. Write down every piece of information you get, do not interpret it. That is for when you're finished.
