CAN SOMEONE TRANSLATE THIS TO ENGLISH PLEASE !

In het algemeen is het zo dat de geest, het Spirituele Ik, beter in staat is energie te genereren naarmate hij meer vertrouwen heeft in zijn vermogen, zijn vaardigheid, wat betreft het zonder ongelukken nuttig toepassen van deze energie.

Het gaat er niet zozeer om het vermogen tot het laten ontstaan van energie te versterken als wel het vermogen om energie op een nuttige manier te gebruiken.
De spirituele energie moet onder controle worden gebracht.
Zodra iemand w??t dat hij zonder ongelukken, zonder schade aan de omgeving of aan andere levende wezens, met spirituele energie kan omgaan zal het vermogen tot het genereren van deze energie gemakkelijk weer krachtiger worden.

Usually the spirit, the "Spiritual Me", is better in generating energy when it has more confidence in his power and his skill, when it comes to applying the energy without accidents.

Its not really about the skill to generate the energy or strengthening as well as the skill to use it in a useful way.
The Spiritual energy has to be put under control. (not sure bout this line)
When someone knows that he can use the energy without accidents and without damaging his surroundings and living creatures, the skill to generate the energy will become stronger.

Indeed, i only know german and english. So thats why the second part of that sentence didnt make any sense to me.
