I'm not sure i buy all the stuff where peole warn about not doing certain techniques because it can harm some form of energy in the body. It seems to me that its your own body, and you can do what you want with it. After reading this forums and other sites, it seems your mind is so powerful and can do so many things, that I doubt there is some super form of energy that if tampered with, can somehow physically harm your body.
All the reasons people give for staying away from certain forms of energy seem really hocus pocus like. I prefer scientific explanations for things, so i guess I am automatically skeptic of when people say that it is some mythical energy that is important to your physical well being. |
