well i can change my dark brown eyes to fiery red with a comple of mins
it usally happens when i get a vison

Whenever i get angry, my eyes turn green... atleast thats what i was told.

my eyes change through different shades of blue for different emotions...

Pfft. I was born with different colored eyes, so changing colors isn't that impressive to me.

Every now and then my eyes turn to this sort of pale hazel colour and they will acquire a sort of sheen over the irises. I still haven't figured out what might be causing that, and it makes me look kind of creepy. Not quite as creepy as I do in my avatar, but nonetheless...

The rest of my colour changes are a result of lighting. For instance, when I'm out in the sunlight my eyes will be a sort of golden-brown colour, and when I'm inside they'll be a sort of dark hazel.

Ali870, how exactly do you change the colour of your eyes? Like, what is your brain generally doing when you make the change?

As a side note, I always thought it might be cool to wear contacts made out of one-way mirrors, so that if somebody looked in your eyes all they'd see is your own reflection... Kinda creepy, but I think it would be really cool, too! Too bad it's probably really expensive...

Hmm, you're probably changing the amount of pigment in your eyes, or activating the gene that controls that somehow.

Eye color change can not only be psychically done, but it can also be a serious medical problem.

Yes, DMILS can be used to change eye color. Eye color is represented by the ammount of melanin in your eyes. Blue has little, brown has the most. Traits for either Blue-Green Hazel or Green-Brown Hazel are more complicated.

Some hazel eyes change to completely one color in the presences of different light colors. I know with mine, extreemly white light changes them to blue. The more yellow the light becomes, the more amber appears.

Also, rapid change in eye color can mean a serious medical illness. Watch yourselves.

my eyes are normally hazel green, but they sometimes turn to "mountain dew green", or "earth brown." when they turn green they have little sparkles, and you can see my "eye freckles" (little black specks in my iris...it runs in my family). when brown, you can't really see much...just brown with a gold edge...sometimes they change just because of light differences, other times they just change randomly...at least twice a day.

That's why I only stick to shades of blue since it's already my eye color Confused
