Pyroman,

I think it's hilarious how people point out that certain psi skill are "useless".... The reasoning you are using for tha is quite obnoxious ... And in my opinion, flat out wrong.

You can use that reasoning for:
1) Why are you running around that track for, you're not going anywhere!
2) Why do you lift those weights, and set them back down?!
3) Why do you play *insert sport*, it's useless!
4) Why do you have a hobby, it's useless!

All though different, the same line of reasoning you used applies.

well what can you do with it? i see what you mean though...

ok, you want to bend metal with tk, would you do
A:train in tk extensively until you can exert a ton of telekinetic force to bend it, or
B: practice spoon bending until you can effectively bend metals easily
That's my view Confused

i think id rather do a), because if you practice bending the spoons, all you have at the end of it is a bent spoon, but if you use telekinesis, you would be able to move a hell of a lot of other things aswell.

Well, with bending you dont use PK force, it is PK, but when you bend your just softening the spoon(or whatever). Then, it often folds by gravity, or you just poke it and it bend, then you can sculpt or w.e.

fork-you.com Just read everything there.

hey guys, great news, im gonna make a vid of me bending spoons, im gonna put the energy into it before i start bending, because it takes almost an hour to put enough energy in it to be maliable.
Dont be impatient about the video though, it should be up within a couple of weeks or so, whenever i get time really. But anyway Very Happy , i'll do it as soon as i can Very Happy

This is the only good spoon bending vid i've ever seen.

http://www.jackhouck.com/pk.shtml

sorry dont know how to work teh URL stuff.

But anyway, somewhere in one of the articles about PK parties it says he met the guy again and he did it 11 times right in front of him and he took them and few other spoons of the same kind. He did some tests on them and the such, but to do what he does in the video it takes about 850 pounds of force. THAT is spoon bending lol

Rahmid

good luck with the videos

edit: oh the linked worked somehow. HOW? I just copy pasted the url. wtf that never worked before. hmmmm magic

Most forums usually have an auto convert to links for anything with http:// in front of it, as proven by this post where it auto converts "http://" into a link.

Alright, I need some more patience... I read fork-you.com but the direction were kind of vague. I did bend a fork, but it really wasn't too soft, I think I applied to much force. I'm going to try again since I have time today. Grar....

try spoons, theyre thicker and stronger than fork prongs, if you use a spoon, then you can make sure its your Pk, and not your physical strength. If it was very hard to bend, put more energy into it, thats the problem with the iron spoon i bent, it took alot of energy and concentration, i was knackered after id done it.
