What would be easier moving water in a cup or in a lake?
Whats the biggest amount of water you could move?
Is it possible to even lift the water?

Think about a solid. Its particles are packed tightly together, and vibrate. That may be why it would be easier to move something like a marble. But a liquid's particles are in constant motion and are always flowing over each other. My advice is to move the container, or to try and construct one yourself through psi (although I don't know if that's possible). Like psi manipulator said, I think trying to "move" it would be like poking a finger through. Try to contain all of the water, and maybe do like a few millimeters on your desk or something at first.

I've never attempted it, so that's all I can venture to guess. =/

I've tried this few times, mostly with a bowl of water... I guess all I did was just do what feels best. Imagine you and the water are one thing, and all that jazz you do with the psi wheel... and practice. I'll reply if I get anywhere with it.

They told you many techniques already.

The best thing you can do is experiament with the water and see what makes it move, and how you can affect that.

It is possible, but it does require constructs. Make a psi ball and program it to be strong static electricity. I recently bought a magic trick called Electric Touch of ellusionist.com and it is amazing, you can do anything with it. Move paper, bend running water. It basically charges your body with mass amounts of Static electricity.

I noticed many people saying they have never tried this. Is there a specific reason no one has tried it?

Just wonderin'

how bout focusing on the water itself.. connect with it like you do with a psiwheel or any other object.. don't try to think of the molecules or atoms and such, think of the water as a whole.. and try feel it making ripples or whatever you want it to do..

That's good advice. It would apply to not only this but many things in Psionics.
Thanks!
