All that is required is a fairly clear mind to perform TK...if you can do this whilst a TV being on, more power to you...
Really you dont have to play "new age" music if you want music on...although i guess if thats what you like, go for it. There are certain programs and music that are supposed to enhance TK though... |

I prefer to do it without, so I'm less state dependant. I like the more laboratory way of doing things, exclude the variables and isolate results. Just as I think it's important to practice consistently and close to the same time of day. Some people might recommend quitting and coming back to it, or some might even hope for the ability to just come out of nowhere. But the truth is, consistent practice may seem slow, but it's the surest and most objective way of going about getting results.

I wold suggest doing it without still. To have the most neutral practicing location.

I often do it with music on (I love New-Age), but I'm so busy concentrating that I don't notice the music. Haven't seen any difference in the results though.

I think music helps, it keeps my mind of thinking and I can focus better with good music on the background.

I use music all the time. It seems to help me. I turn the volume down lower than if I were just listening to it though.

i think music can help, especially if it is one of that NIIIIICE songs that makes you feel happy, or excited, you know what i mean?
or like some nice rocks, that makes you feel all mighty, and then it helps visualise psiballs or powers, like in a movie, when a guy is going to make something, a very nice music starts playing and he makes some gesture with hands (or a position, anything), and a ball starts apearing like smoke "strings" and becoming a ball, got it? like a video clip? it helps to give "rythm" to what you are doing. well, i think you get me..... |
